This policy explains what CleenPro collects, why, and how we keep it safe. It applies to this website and the services we provide across Minnesota.
We collect only the information needed to quote, schedule, and complete your service — such as your name, contact details, property address, ZIP code, and any service notes you provide during booking or a quote request.
For move-out and move-in bookings, we also record your scheduled date and arrival window, the property details you select, and the terms you agreed to when signing the service agreement.
Your information is used to prepare quotes, schedule crews, process payments, send booking confirmations, receipts, and service agreements, and to contact you about your service.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the providers that help us run the business — our payment processor and email delivery service.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. CleenPro never stores full card numbers.
If you choose the 50% deposit option, your card details are securely saved by our payment provider with your authorization so the remaining balance can be charged after your service, as described in the service agreement.
We may use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the performance of our advertising. Booking and quote information is never used for advertising without your involvement in a service request.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and quote requests only as long as needed to follow up with you.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@cleenpro.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
